DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Same Day Delivery:
If you place an order before 1:00 pm eastern time, we can deliver the flowers the same day locally.
For deliveries outside of our local delivery area (30 mile radius), we require the order to be placed the previous day.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will provide you with a 2-3 hour window if requested.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 10 am-5pm daily except on Holidays which can be extended out to 6 pm eastern time.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there will be a $55 address correction fee associated. Belles Fleurs by Shon is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase including additional address change fee if delivery service is still needed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Canceling an Order: We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements at door. Belles Fleurs by Shon cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged product due to this special request. If an attempt is made, we will leave arrangements on the front porch if the recipient does not answer the door. We will send an email letting you know if they are left on the porch along with a picture.
