Belles Fleurs by Shon is committed to ensuring that we guarantee your satisfaction with every order that is purchased. If you are not satisfied, with our arrangements, we will send a replacement of equal value or promptly take the appropriate action. All you would need to do is notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. You may email or call us with any questions.
Same Day Delivery: For same day delivery M-S, we ask that you place an order before 3pm that day.
No One is Home: If the recipient is not home during the time of delivery, our delivery person will leave the arrangement at the door. We will also take a picture of the delivery so that it will be available upon request.
Cancellations: We are unable to cancel or change orders that are already in process to be arranged/delivered. To cancel an order that has not been processed, please call 803-361-1310 and someone will assist you.
Incorrect address: If an incorrect address is provided and delivery was attempted, there will be a $55 fee associated for corrections. Belles Fleurs by Shon is not responsible for deliveries made from customers submitting incorrect addresses.
Holiday Hours: Our hours of delivery may change during major holidays. To help ensure that you receive an on-time delivery, we ask that you place your orders at least 24 hours in advance to the holidays listed below:
